When there is less junk data in your database, not only are users able to sort and search more easily without having to sort through useless entries, but your entire database is quicker to access, search, and sort. Rarely accessed data can be archived automatically so that it is excluded from routine searches and sorts. Over time, this can help your business become more efficient and reduce labor costs.
